1. There is place for 40 cars. The allocation will be on a first pay first served basis from the day of receipt of the full entry fee, subject to acceptance by the organising team.e
2. The organisers reserves the right to cancel the event, in which case a refund shall be given, depending on the already made cost for the event..
3. I agree to be bound by the Official Regulations and any supplementary regulations issued for this event.
4. In signing the entry application, entrants agree to the conditions of the insurance and indemnity contained in the Events Regulations (see article 8).
5. We, the undersigned agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organisers and officials of the event and all other bodies or companies and individuals associated with or participating in the event ( and their respective employees and agents) against all proceedings, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of any act, default, negligence or breach of statutory duty on our part. We declare that the vehicle entered will be covered by valid insurance for third party liability by law while driven by any member of its crew during any part of the event held on the public roads.
6. I accept that the organisers may use and or share our address / mail address / pictures taken during the event with our sponsors.
